Cezil Reed is a filmmaker, storyteller, landing a smooth 14 years working in the entertainment business. His production experience extends to over several dozen multimedia projects. He holds a B.F.A. in Film & Video from Columbia College-Chicago. He formed his production company BAPART LLC to manage ongoing productions ranging from music videos and commercials, to feature films and writing services.
He has sold three feature-length screenplays to production companies and has been hired for writing services as well. The company’s first produced and self-financed film, “The Taking”, completed in 2012 was distributed in 5 countries (including North America).
His last feature film “Not Alone” starred Richard Lawson (Poltergeist), Pat Healy (Cheap Thrills), and Megan Ashley Brown (The Conjuring 3). “Not Alone” is to be released in 2021, domestically and internationally.
